MINDA is expanding its portfolio with a manrider system featuring a wooden chassis—as a design alternative to traditional steel-frame solutions. The base frame of the newly developed manrider system consists of approximately 60 percent Finnish birch plywood. According to MINDA, this material is characterized by high dimensional stability, good mechanical load-bearing capacity, and favorable strength values combined with low weight. These properties enable its use even under the challenging conditions of vehicle production.
